The mission of the Business Development Manager
for Subsea Multiphase Measurement Systems is to
develop and execute the strategy for the North
American market. Specifically this individual
will:
Promote and sell subsea
multiphase measurement system solutions.
Develop relationships with oil companies,
industry OEM and other applicable entities to
identify specific selling opportunities.
Find, educate and manage new opportunities
and/or partnerships.
Actively represent company within
the subsea oil and gas market.
Further track the market, regulatory and
competitive developments in the subsea oil and
gas industry and align these with
service offerings to ultimately pursue and
effectively execute growth opportunities for the
Company.
Actively pursue opportunities to further
tailor products and services to the
North American market
Special knowledge and skills:
Broad knowledge and understanding of the
subsea market
Comfortable/familiar dealing and negotiating
with C-level executives.
Strong background in engineering.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Proven ability to successfully sell
consultative solutions, ideally six figure
deals.
Outstanding written and oral communications
skills.
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan
over 1-3 years.
Management: the ability to organize and manage
multiple priorities.
Strong customer focus.
Ability to quickly understand a clients
business needs.
