Duties and responsibilities of the Project 
Manager position will include: 
• Continuous development of the  project 
management processes 
• Defining a clear scope of work for projects 
• Estimating and tracking project costs 
• Creating and maintaining project schedules 
• Developing bid packages for sub-contractors 
• Procuring equipment and materials 
• Conducting project meetings 
• Documentation of project details 
• Interaction with clients, suppliers and sub-
contractors
 
Skills:
 
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH 
HVAC OR INDUSTRIAL PIPING AND FORMALIZED 
TRAINING IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT NEED APPLY. 
 
Minimum computer skills required for this 
position are: 
• Microsoft Project 
• AutoCAD 
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 
 
The preferred candidate would possess a 
bachelors degree in construction management or 
mechanical engineering and have a minimum of 3 
years of industrial piping project experience.
