Required Skills/Experience
 
-          10+ years of exposure to the EMS 
industry, preferably microelectronics
-          Expert on Wire Bond – ball bond, 
wedge bond on aluminum and gold
-          Experience with Die Attach and SMT 
component placement
-          Fluent on design and development of 
assembly processes
-          Expert on lean manufacturing
-          Proven Project Management skills
-          Strong applied engineering skills 
which can be leveraged in the creation of 
manufacturing processes and products
-          Strong problem solving skills
-          Ability to translate customer 
specifications, written or verbal, into quotes 
and high quality products
-          Fluent on utilization of 
manufacturing tools (Gage R&R, cpk studies and 
design of experiments)
-          Excellent communicator to internal 
and external customers on written and verbal 
levels
-          Ability to support sales activities
-          Ability to providing budgetary 
estimates on projects – preferably full blown 
proposals
-          Continuous Improvement Minded
-          Visible sense of urgency
-          Thrives in fast paced environments 
-          Strong ability to multitask
 
Additional Skills/Experience
 
-          Knowledge of programming of 
manufacturing equipment
-          Experience with ceramics substrates
-          Experience with assembly on flex 
substrates
-          Some exposure to electrical design at 
schematic generation level
-          Basic understanding of financials and 
cost accounting
-          Working knowledge of CAD tools 
(SolidWorks, ProE, AutoCAD, PADS, GenFlex, etc)
-          General understanding of 
manufacturing test concepts
-          General business acumen
 
Background & Education:
 
-          BS in Engineering, preferably 
Electrical or Industrial Engineering
