We are looking for experienced and creative individuals to support market research, new product development, process integration, and manufacturing improvements. · Work in a team environment with cross functional teams and multiple disciplines · Evaluate and document research, "best of" practices, perform world class bench mark evaluations, component functionality · Release "design for manufacturability" documented and tested products for operations · Consult and problem solve in critical areas of the company · Hands on operation of manufacturing tool base and understanding of operation and theoretical implications · Self motivated to search for solutions and share knowledge and understanding with others · Knowledgeable and some exposure in modeling or analytical software or analytical tools · Failure analysis and customer interface skills are preferred Job Requirements · Bachelors degree in chemistry, physics, engineering, material science or comparable scientific discipline is desired, Masters/PhD degree preferred · Ten or more years experience as a senior level engineer in a Research and Development environment · A background in semiconductor or related technical process/manufacturing experience is desired · Statistical process control and manufacturing discipline are beneficial Other Helpful Experience 1) Semiconductor or related development experience. 2) Deposition experience – specifically sputter on and AMAT system. 3) Senior position of 10+ years. 4) Knowledge of metal AND dielectric sputtering is desired.
